About Reiki

Reiki is universal life energy, a Japanese healing modality uses gentle hand movements with the intention to guide the flow of healthy energy in the body.

It can help to release stagnant energy and unblock emotional and physical tension in the body creating space for healing.

Each individual experience of Reiki is unique and may include: a sense of calm, tingling sensations, seeing lights, clarity of mind, falling asleep.

About Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is gentle, slow paced yoga involving long deep holds in every pose to help stimulate, nourish and improve the health of connective tissues (fascia, ligaments, tendons and joint), meridian channels and energetic flow (Chi).

The stillness essence of Yin, paired with mindful breathing helps release deep held tension and stagnant energy, bring more awareness inwards, activates the 'rest and digest' response to calm the mind, body and energy.
