YINYASA

YinYasa is a fusion practice of finding harmony between the passive & active, combining the dynamic Vinyasa flow and the therapeutic Yin Yoga practice. Build strength, stamina and flexibility in the Vinyasa practice, flowing with mindful breathing. End the session with Yin inspired asanas to slow down & softly stretches the connective tissues to increase circulation and encourage more mobility, Unwind to relax the body, mind & soul.

YIN YOGA

Slow down and unwind to nourish the breath, mind, body & soul in this therapeutic, passive Yin Yoga practice. Nourish the connective tissues and stimulate the meridian channels to release deep held tension and stagnant energy through long deep hold poses paired with meditative breathing and inspiring affirmations, to promote restful sleep, ease tension and release any stagnant energy.

POWER SUN SALUTATION

Rise and shine in this energising sun salutation flow. Elevate your practice, pump up your energy and ignite the fire in you. Improve the blood circulation, energise the nervous system and boost your mood while moving the body mindfully with the flow of your breath.

RESTORATIVE HATHA

Do less, feel more. This mellow evening yoga flow is all about dropping in and letting through deep stretches and long holds to release tension in the body & calm the mind. Stretch, surrender and embrace the feels.
